RETURN​

The time for returning goods is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The return is made at Femi Girls’ expense via Inpost Quick Returns.

To return goods you must:

1. Go to the website: https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/Femi_Girls

2. Complete all required fields:
- package size
- order number
- name and surname
- phone number
- email address
- reason for return (if the reason is not on the list, please select "other" and enter the reason)
- accept mandatory consents

3. In the next step, click "I am returning the parcel".

4. A return code will be displayed, which you should save and use in the InPost parcel locker.

5. Pack the returned items, attach the returns form and post the parcel at the Inpost parcel locker.

The "RETURNED PACKAGE NUMBER" field can be left blank.

If the customer decides to send the return using a method other than the free return offered by "Femi Girls", the shipping address should be provided:

Postscript: "Femi Girls Return"

We will make a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.

For returns to be accepted, products must be in pristine condition with tags still attached. They must not show any signs of use.

If you received free hair ties, please return them when returning your entire order.

EXCHANGES
The femi-girls.pl store does not accept exchanges of goods.
Exchanges are only possible by returning the goods and then placing a new order.

 

COMPLAINTS
To make a complaint about the goods you must:

1. Print and fill out COMPLAINT FORM (download) .
2. Pack the claimed items with proof of purchase and the completed complaint form.
3. Send the advertised products to the following address:

Postscript: "Femi Girls Complaint"

4.  The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the complained products.
