  3. Product return policy
    • In the event of a return of an order covered by a promotion, the customer is obligated to return all products that were included in the promotion.
    • Customers can keep the free bag if the returned order contains at least one eligible item (minimum 1 sweatshirt), excluding the free item. If the required number of items is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by the regular price of the LUSH bag, which is 149.90 PLN.
    • If you fail to comply with the above, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the products (before the promotion was applied) that were not returned.
